Setting up an online shop is mostly a series of decisions: which platform, which payment provider, how delivery and VAT should work. We make those decisions with you, then build a shop you can run yourself.

Shopify, WooCommerce or custom

There’s no single right platform. Shopify is the easiest to run day to day. WooCommerce costs less to run, is more flexible, and makes sense when the shop sits inside a bigger WordPress site. We’ll recommend one based on what you sell, and we won’t push the expensive option. If you need visitors as well as a shop, we also run ad campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add and edit products myself?

Yes. That’s the point of the training. Prices, stock and new products are all yours to manage.

Is the checkout secure?

Payments go through established providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and the whole site runs over HTTPS.

How long does a shop take to build?

Three to six weeks for most shops, depending on the size of the product range.
